What is
Iterative Journaling?
Iterative Journaling?
Iterative Journaling is a specific method of keeping notes, tracking progress on activities, and simplifying the process of improving over time. An Iteration Journal is typically focused on a type of activity, like a hobby.
How does this work?
While pursuing an activity, there are multiple iterations (attempts made) to become better at or improve the result of the activity. The Iteration Journal, designed for that specific activity, will provide purpose-built feedback spaces to document how the iteration of that particular attempt went. This way it will be easier to record specifics for that activity by using relevant tracking information.
The process of iterating is very common, although the term may not be. It's simply to process of doing a repeated task typically with the result of working towards an improved result. It may be to improve a recipe, learn a new skill, or even document a sales journey with a customer. The applications are endless.
